Data Deletion Instructions

Service: the content collector operated by Benjamín Martínez Picech (provisional name). Last updated: 12 September 2026.

If you authorized our application on your Instagram professional account and want your data removed, follow either or both of the steps below. No account is required on our side and there is no fee.

Step 1 — Revoke the application's access on Instagram

1. On instagram.com, open Settings → Apps and Websites (mobile app: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
2. Find our application in the Active tab and choose Remove.

From that moment the access token we hold is invalid and the application can no longer read or publish anything on your account.

Step 2 — Ask us to delete the stored data

Send an email to picechbenjamin@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the Instagram username of the account. Send it from the email address associated with the account or from the account's Instagram inbox so that we can confirm the request comes from the account holder.

Within 30 days we will:

• delete the stored access token for the account;
• delete every stored row related to the account: account identifiers, media metadata, insights snapshots, comments read from the account's posts, reports and any media or captions held for publication;
• reply to confirm the deletion.

What we keep

Nothing about the account after the deletion. Email correspondence about the request itself is kept as a record of having fulfilled it.
